About Tristan
Tristan has great knowledge of the real estate industry and has been swinging a hammer building custom homes for his dad since a young age. He always looks to learn and find new/ better ways of doing things. In his early years, Tristan started an organic farm and sold his produce at the farmers market on the weekends. Gaining his work ethic from farming, you know he will be dedicated to putting in the extra hours for each individual client.
Deciding to pursue a different career path, Tristan attended University of Wisconsin- La Crosse to obtain a degree in business accounting. Farming taught him how to handle curve balls and accounting taught him to dot his eyes. After working internships in sales engineering through his college years, he decided his true calling was in the construction industry.
After graduating college, Tristan went into the field and led a framing crew. He knew getting his hands dirty and understanding how houses come together would help him communicate with customers and tradesmen down the line. This also helped him understand what practices make sense and what quality looks like.
Once gaining a firm understanding of the housing process, Tristan decided to get his sales associate license and joined First Weber Realtors. It was there he got contract knowledge and expertise to help people buy, sell and build houses.
When Tristan isn’t on a jobsite or at an open house, you’ll find him trout fishing deep in the driftless area, wakeboarding or learning something new. He spends most of his summers on the lake and his winters, well, back on the lake.
